Hi Danciu,

at the moment the space navigator is only used for navigation. However, the
wiimote is intended to provide interaction with geometries. There is already
some code available in the directory Modules\InputDevices\WiiMote\. You can
adept this code for the space navigator accordingly. If you decide to do so it
would be appreciated that you use our bug tracking system. I have created a bug
for this specific purpose:

http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6456

Regards,
De Long

Hi Danciu,

i can answer your third question. Of course, you can use all features of
OpenCV. However, MITK offers an easy way to show opencv frames in a MITK
Renderwindow. Moreover, there are some filters to convert between opencv and
MITK images.
Regards,
Michael

Betreff: [mitk-users] Interaction in Mitk

Hello,
I have some questions:
-I saw that mitk offer a plugin for imput devices. I have a 3d connexion mouse
and I'm wandering if it is possible to use it for interaction not only for
naviagation, (for example to move the sphere in virtual 3D world space, like
the one from step 10 but to use the mouse instead of arrow keys ), if so, can
you tell me how can I do this.
-I have read that you intend to provide more tutorials about interaction, when
do you estimate they will be available?
-I have seen you offer support for opencv, can I use all the feature of opencv
or just for video playback/processing in MITK?

Thank you in advice
