Dear MITK Users,
There have been some changes in fundamental classes (e.g. "mitkGeometry3D.h")
concerning image geometries. This was done to establish consistence with ITK.
With these changes, index coordinates of images are based in the center of the
pixels (not in the corner).
So far we did not find any problems caused by these changes. However, you
happen to find any strange behavior regarding geometries, e.g. offsets in the
image/segmentation, we would appreciate it very much if you could tell us about
it!
