Hi Efthymios,
the 0.14 version of MITK was released in December 2009, so it won't compile
using the latest ITK, VTK and QT versions. My suggestion really depends on
what you want to do with MITK.If you want to use MITK as an application, I
would suggest you download the installer. If you want to write your own
plugins for MITK or use it as a library I would suggest you check out the
head revision from the MITK svn server. The svn version should compile with
the latest ITK, VTK and QT versions.
