Dear Mathias Thanks for your reply. The version of VTK that I am using is 5.6.0 . Is that compatible with imagestatistics plugin? By the way, I tested the vtkQtBarChart example in VTK wiki and it worked well. Qt version I am using is 4.6.3 . That's so strange. Best regards Zhang Xiaodong
