Hi

So that means that when
->  i load an image of e.g. 100x100x100
-> Make transversal visualisation
-> go to slice 50
-> set TS to 5

i get the maximum intensity projection of slice 48,49,50,51,52 visualized ?

best regards

Hi Gerald,

the TS slider can be used to display "thicker slices". It controls how many
slices around the current one are used for a maximum intensity projection.

Best Regards,
Caspar

Hi

Can anyone explain me the TS slider option in the multi widget? Why is this
option necessary? What does "TS" mean?

best regards
