Hi again Sebastian,

I experienced the same behavior some time ago. As far as I can remember the
crash was caused because the RenderWindow(s) were destroyed before the
VtkLayerController destructor was called causing an invalid pointer access.
Actually, I thought I fixed it at that time (hopefully I did :) ). Please let
me know if you have still problems and which version you use. Feel free to open
a bug on that issue:

Regards,
Michael

Betreff: [mitk-users] crash in VtkLayerController::RemoveInstance()

Dear List,

It seems to me that the method RemoveInstance in VtkLayerController is
not working properly.
I have detected that my application sometimes crashes there, but I
cannot provide more details for now.

Let me know if someone has experienced the same issue, and would like to
join efforts on it.

many thanks,
sebastian
