Hello all!

Last weekend I setup the TofUtil aswell. It worked fine under linux. But 
I expierenced the same issues as you, Timm, with win7.
I don't realy have a solution, except adding the according paths 
explicit in the batch file, which starts VS. - There were more 
dependencies missing.
