Hi,

just to add a bit of additional info (not sure if this adds any real
info or not).

Upon system wide build of mitk, even though the ExtApp executable
in /usr/local/bin would not run complaining of missing libraries. If I
gave the complete path to the ExtApp built inside the user home
directory, the application would work. Can't figure out why though !
