No idea, I am not an MITK developer, I just use it. I guess you wanted to post this to the list. Actually, I work on Linux with the GNU toolchain, so to port my app to Windows MinGW would be the best choice, but it does not work either since the transition to CTK. It caused me a few days work to get my app work with VS (I got much help from this list), but I still use an older MITK snapshot. This one: f6d7f5352559b8315890584717ed8504b0d258e6 If I remember well, that built with VS2010 as well. You can try with that.
