Hi,

the bug appeared on Windows, when using MITK as an external project 
(like in the MITK-ProjectTemplate project) during CMake-configure-time. 
Something about "unknown target referenced" or similar.

If you update your MITK sources to the latest Git head, you will 
encounter a CMake error if your CMake version is too old, so you will be 
forced to upgrade anyway.
