Hi Matt and everyone on the list,

have a look on http://www.mitk.org/wiki/BugSquashingSeminars. There you`ll find
the history of our weekly bugsquashing seminars with a lot of topics specific
to MITK and , of course, every presentation as PDF. This is a valueable
documentation source for every external developer. You will also find a
presentation "Defining your own MITK Datatypes", given by Klaus Fritzsche,
which describes the process of integrating your own Datatype including readers.
Not too detailed, but I hope it helps.

Best,
Michael

Betreff: [mitk-users] Need to read Analyze .img files.

Hi there,

I need to make my MITK application read Analyze .img files. However, the ExtApp
doesn't include this file extension in the list of files to open or save.
I've looked around the code at the IO factories, and there appears to be a way
to add extra file extensions and readers, but I'm not quite sure how to do it.
Please can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Matt
