Hi Sascha,

thank you for your answer and the fix.

I managed to compile the latest git version of mitk (superbuild).

1. There is a bug that results in a compiler error:

mitkServiceReference.cpp
Line 190: protected member "d" cannot be accessed.
Seems to be related to the "friend" declaration of "hash" in
mitkServiceReference.h.
I temporarily fixed it by making "d" public (it is late, I am tired and
I want to see results ;)).

2. Unfortunately, I still have the feeling that something is wrong
(sorry ;))

When I start "extapp" with the provided batch file
(startExtApp_release.bat) then indeed it starts faster now. However, I
get the following output:

----------------
0.14 blueberry.osgi.bundle ERROR: Exception: File not found: Could not
load META-INF/MANIFEST.MF from
P:\dkfz-mitk-qt4-latest\mitk-git-bin\MITK-build\bin\ExtBundles\org.mitk.gui.qt.extapplication\
0.16 blueberry.osgi.intPltfm WARNING: Bundle state invalid: The bundle
must be in state INSTALLED in order to be loaded.

MitkExtQtHelpCollection_0f960ba633d22c746238d2325164f69a69857a18.qhc
-------------

And after the last line the application "sleeps" for approx. 20 seconds
before the window pops up. CPU usage is "0" during this time and memory
consumption is constant.

Maybe you have a fix, before your colleagues start complaining again? =:->>

Seriously, do you know what could cause this problem?

Good night,
  Klaus
