Even, if you run your application, you can access the help by pressing
F1 or selecting the Help / Help Contents menu. If you have built these
plugins, their user manual should appear in the help.

There is a small bug, however, that I reported once, here:

Since the transition to the CTK plugin system, the help pages has to
be put into the "UserManual" folder instead of "Manual". Many of them
have been renamed, but there are still two or three:

/CMake/QBundleTemplate/documentation/Manual
./Modules/Bundles/org.mitk.gui.qt.navigationdataplayer/documentation/Manual
./Modules/Bundles/org.mitk.gui.qt.toftutorial/documentation/Manual

You can simply rename these two folders, and rebuild MITK and you will
see their help pages as well.
