I have played a bit with this today to show the revision number of my app in
the About dialog.

The files are generated by CMake, so if there was no related change in MITK
(as Sascha said) then a "cmake ." (cmake space dot) command in the build
directory should regenerate it.

If not, check if there is a line like "configure_file(.....
mitkVersion.h.in ... mitkVersion.h)" in the CMakeLists.txt in the MITK
project root dir.
