Hi Walter,

is your Qt also built for 64bit? Could you also please switch on 
"BUILD_TESTING" in the CMake configuration of the MITK-build directory 
and test if you can run the MITKTestDriver.exe, either directly or by 
building the RUN_TESTS target in VS2008? Make sure you have your PATH 
variable set up properly by using the startVS ... batch files.
