Hi David,

MITK is using a fixed version of CTK, which right now depends on Qt during CMake configure time for executing a utility program ("DGraph"). Your problem with MITK could be due to the fact that some wrong Qt libraries are picked up during its execution.

We will very soon update the CTK version in MITK which will not have the above mentioned dependency. So you could wait a little bit or try fiddling with DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH...

Best,
Sascha

I am unable to build MITK, using the instructions on the web site. I get the message "Failed to obtain dependence path of CTKCore".

I am attempting to do so on my macbook air (2.13 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo). I have been getting the dependencies via macports, where possible, or git otherwise.

When I "git" CTK by itself and follow its build instructions... that seems to work, but not MITK.

I have read various postings that I have been able to find on that subject, but nothing has lead me to be able to solve the problem. The last posting I found was from about 1 November. Is this an ongoing issue?
