I can tell you about the Visual Studio usage in our department. Nobody
is using VS 2010. We have one VM compiling the code every night but I'm
afraid that it did not run the last three weeks (will have a look...).
However, VS 2010 has a serious bug concerning CMake external projects
(or other way around). Building at the superbuild level seems to trigger
a rebuild of all external projects. This is known to the CMake guys.
