Hi Miklos, Qt 4.8.0 and VS 2010 is a combination which is not tested at all in our lab. Personally, I had compile errors with VS 2008 and Qt 4.8.0 with MITK_USE_Python set to ON. However, I don't think that there will be major incompatibilities.
