The superbuild downloads the ITK and VTK sources, not binaries. So, they
will be built with the same compiler as MITK itself.
You can use an already built ITK if you add the ITK_DIR CMake variable at
the superbuild level. If you do not do this, the sources will be downloaded
and built.
