Hi tom, Thank you for your interest in MITK. Unfortunately we can't follow the steps you did. If you don't find any .cpp files you probably focus on the build-directory. To work with the tutorial you should use the CMakeLists.txt which is located in the main git-repository directory.
If you need further information it might be helpful to give us more details on how you compiled MITK. However i cant get the Tutorial to run, they are built as far as i can see, there are application files, but nothing happens when i try and run them. Also i can't find the .cpp files, i only seem to have .cpp.o. Cud this be the problem ? What seems odd is that the ExtApp works fine. the IED i'm using is kdevelop4.2 (i'm not 100% sure but i think the compile it uses is the Ubuntu default).
