I'll try to be more specific:
I have some images (binaries images of values:0/1) and I'd like that when
I'm opening them via mitk, the non-zeros pixels will be colored in specific
color that I'll set.
I've tried to do that in these following methods, but haven't found the
suitable for my needs from these reasons:
1. conversion to RGB images and set colors as needed
- the problem is that any image covered the other (in order to see the
bottom layers, I need to reduce opacity)
2. save those images as .mitk project
-the problem is without any reason, the images flipped
any ideas to enable opening all the images and watch them in different
colors?
any ideas is welcome.
