Hi Matt, since last week we moved all the basic segmentation classes into a new segmentation module (I have sent an email to the users list about that). I sounds like you use your tools in you own bundle or module. I think you only have to register the new mitkSegmentationObjectFactory in your bundle or module. (Like it is done in the QmitkSegmentationViews constructor).
