Sorry, I'm so busy for the errors these 2 weeks, I don't know that you
have given me this answer before I reply your last email.

I have re-seted the Windows enviroment parameter and qt directories in
cmake, finded the two headers and copy them to the current folder, and
so on. but they don't work.
I git MITK last week, so I think it's up to date. The Qt version is 2.4.1.
