Hi Johannes,
all I can say you right now is that we are working on the ITK 4 integration. As
you already mentioned, some major changes have to be made. It will be merged to
the master “soonish”.

I was wondering if you could give us a short update about, how the ITK v4.x
integration is going at your labs. Did anyone manage it, yet?
We could solve some problems by ourself, but it looks like some thougher
changes have to be done.
No pressure! But I know some groups are working on that.
