Hi all Mitk users,
It might be a question that someone else asked before, but I need this
feature as well.
I have a line surface and I want to pass through it's perpendicular plane
(to observe it's neighbors on an image).
Thus, I want to change the axis of Mitk (the visualization of the software)
according to the line's normal.
I understood that I might get the geometry of the surface and then change
the axis of the image. but how exactly I do this?
please send me a code example.
please help me out with that, I'm quite lost...
