Hi Degjang,

as far as i know "Kinect for Windows" is not compatible with OpenNI drivers.
Do you have an XBox Kinect by chance and could try it with your system?

You could also try the OpenNI bridge to use the Kinect SDK together with 
OpenNI: http://code.google.com/p/kinect-mssdk-openni-bridge/
