I added the mitk-users mailing list again in the email recipient list.
Could you please right-click on the "MITK-Configure" project, choose
"Project Only -> Rebuild only MITK-Configure" and post the full output
from the output window?

Hi Jessica,
That error looks very system specific and is (probably) not directly
related to MITK. Please check the following:
- Did you use the correct CMake Generator ("Visual Studio 2010 64bit")?
Yes, I used “Visual Studio 2010 Win64”
- Does the source code location for MITK contain special characters
(maybe also spaces are a problem)?
No, just backslashs
- Can you build any other CMake-based C++ project (like ITK for example)?
There are no problems with ITK and VTK. I built it in the same
project, generated by cmake.
Please also post the MITK version you are using if you are still
experiencing problems.
