Hi list,
I've been trying to run the region growing algorithm (from the view of the
same name) on a binary volume (ie. already segmented) and it doesn't seem
to work. When I place the seed in the background (black), the algorithm
returns an empty volume. When I place the seed on the foreground (white),
the algorithm returns the full volume as the segmentation. I tried to play
with the parameters without luck. Is this a desired behavior? How can I
achieve such segmentation?
