Hi Hila,
the binary releases for MITK are available at [1], but these are in installer
form and not designed for developing (if that is what you want). They also do
not necessarily include all plugins you are interested in. In that case you
need to build your own binary tree from the source code, which has been made
much easier by our switch to a superbuild system.
If your source code is still version 0.14 I do strongly encourage you to switch
to a newer source, as that version is by now close to three years old and a lot
has been changed since then. Instructions for obtaining the source code are
available at [1] as well.

How can I get the binary code of the last version which include some existing
MITK's plug ins that I need?
for example, I want to install the last MITK version with
