Hi Hila,
The 'Rigid Registration' plugin is available also in the MITK Diffusion
application ( latest release : 2012.12 ). With the newest version, I could not
reproduce the behavior you describe. The manually transformed image can be
stored in any supported format. So I would advise you to use the MITK
Diffusion 2012.12 (http://www.mitk.org/DiffusionImaging).

Hello,
I have the last MITK release binary code (ExtApp 0.14.0) .
After using the plugin 'Rigid Registration' => manual registration how can I
save the manipulated images?
I can only save it as *.pf (planar figures).
