Hi Hila,

as of now there are no existing plugins that would fit your requirements.

The straight-forward solution could be to enhance the UI of the 'Manual Rigid
Registration' view by a QPushButton f.e. 'Save Image and Transformation' which
will, when pushed, save the transformed moving image and also write out the
positions of the 9 slider.

To record the user interaction we are about to make the QtTesting ( already
implemented in CTK ) available in MITK. It includes the possibility to record,
save and replay user interaction with an Widget, f.e. the slider set in the
'Manual Rigid Registration' view.

Regards,
Jan

Betreff: [mitk-users] manual registration

Hi All,

I use the MITK for its rigid registration-manual registration plug in.
I would like to save the user key/mouse action/movements.
for example: three right steps, two down steps etc ...

Do you have any idea how to do this?
I thought to compile MITK source code and change/add the existing plug in for
my needs- is it possible?.

Any suggestion?
BR,
Hila
