Hi Ilko, with MITK you can create a segmentation for any scan image. However it is currently not possible to create a multi label segmentation. But you can create more than one segmentation for a scan image during one session. You can also create polygon models for your segmentations. For more detailed information about how to work with our segmentation plugin you can download our latest release (http://www.mitk.org/Download) After starting the MITK Workbench open the segmentation plugin and press F5. This will show you the Help Perspective.
