yes, using MITK in 64 bit should fix your problem. 32 bit applications can use
a maximum of 2 GB RAM (well, that is not the full truth: 4 GB on a 64 bit
Windows with LAA-Flag). If that 1 GB of data is copied, there might be a need
for at least 2 GB and that crashes of course.

Installed Memory(RAM) : 8.00 GB
Yeah, I'm using MITK 32 bit, let me try with 64 bit.

without more information about your system and configuration I can only guess,
but if data of the same type but smaller than 1 GB in size just work, it might
be an out-of-memory problem, i.e. you don't have enough RAM or/and you are
using MITK in 32 bits instead of 64 bits.
