Hi!

Yes, this is acutally what I did, until Compiling with Visual Studio. I 
configured and generated the directory with CMake, then opened the sln-file 
with Visual Studio and compiled it. As it says, it clones the MITK source code 
and builds it all, which takes a whole lot of time. I had hoped that there is a 
quicker way, since all the libraries and stuff of MITK is already on my 
computer.
