Hi Frida,
this error is due to not using doxygen version 1.8.0.
You should be able to not build the qt documentation by unchecking:
BLUEBERRY_USE_QT_HELP
MITK_DOXYGEN_GENERATE_QCH_FILES
We are using this specific doxygen version because 1.8.1, 1.8.2 and 1.8.3
either generate garbled or actually broken qhp files.

Do you know how the plugin's documentation is generated?
I am ...still trying to generate my project :( and getting really strange
errors, like:

I checked the specified index.qhp files and it has right, there is one
</section> tag in plus.
Actually I don't think I need these documentations... Where could I set to not
generate them? (I am really, really tired of struggling with building and I am
trying to escape the errors as soon as possible).
