Thank you for reporting this issue. In the last weeks we had some major changes
in our rendering mechanism. We are pretty sure that some of the changes caused
this issue. We already have filed a bug for it:
http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14711
We will try to fix this for the upcoming release (which will be at the end of
March)

I tried compiling a previous release of MITK
(http://mitk.org/git/?p=MITK.git;a=tag;h=refs/tags/v2012.09.0)
And the rendering works there! I do a superbuild with all plugins and other
default options (MITK_USE_VTK_5_10_IN_SUPERBUILD is OFF)
This time I get the following warning on the workbench console however:

Which is what I expect to happen since this workstation does not have a GPU
This might mean that the switch over from GPU to CPU is broken in the trunk as
this fallover does not happen

Hi,
I am compiling the current trunk (superbuild + all plugins) but this is what I
get when I load a dicom series for volume rendering ... Any examples I can try
to find where in the pipeline the problem is ?

The prebuilt binaries work fine however. I am compiling on Ubuntu 12.04 with
gcc (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5) 4.6.3 and CMake version 2.8.7
