Dear Shreyansh,

could you please describe your problems in more detail? Using a mitk::UnstructuredGrid class and putting it into a mitk::DataNode held automatically associates the unstructured grid mappers with the node.

There are a couple of data node properties influencing the rendering. Got 3D, have a look at mitk::UnstructuredGridVtkMapper3D and for 2d at mitk::UnstructuredGridMapper2D (look at the GenerateDataForRenderer() method to see which properties are used).

Best,
Sascha

Dear Shreyansh,

please write to the MITK users list.

Unfortunately, I can’t help you with unstructured grids in MITK. Maybe someone else on the list can answer your question (see below),

Best regards,

Michael

Dear Michael,

We are using MITK in our open source visualization and processing tool - GIMIAS.

It will be really king of you to give your insight over the following functionality of MITK:

To display solid volume in the form of mitk:UnstructuredGrid and display the three 2D planes corresponding to sagittal, coronal and axial directions.

Please help us with that.

Kindly ask me further questions.
