Hi Miklos,
thank you for reporting this problem.
Unfortunately we could not reproduce the bug you described. Our point sets are
perfectly rendered in the 2D views in the current MITK version.
Could you please send us a scene file (*.mitk) and additionally a point set
file (*.mps) where this problem occurred?
A screenshot might be helpful as well.
You could either report the bug in our bugzilla [1] and use an attachment for
the files or send me your files to [email protected] .
Best,
Sandy

Subject: [mitk-users] pointset rendering issue
Hi,
I upgraded MITK to send a pull request for #15005, and found an unrelated
problem in the MITK core.
It seems that the rendering of the point sets has been changed. The problem is
that now not only the seeds of the current slice are rendered in 2D view, but
you can also see the points from the slice behind. Those crosses is smaller, of
course, depending on the slice distance.
I "git bisect"-ed this, and it says that
7d9a8305c7f28ac6fc6807abcc8b7ca15994d895 is the first bad commit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Miklos
