Hi Matt,

I think this is a known issue. Everything is documented in bug #11477 (see
http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11477). As far as I am concerned, we came
to the conclusion that the geometry of the respective image is wrong and we
cannot that case properly, yet. Feel free to ask/supporter people in #11477 :).

Regards,
Thomas

Subject: [mitk-users] reinit and certain geometries

Hi there,

there is a current issue with geometries where the direction cosines include
negative numbers.
In screenshot 1, we see direction cosines, and then I hit re-init (not global
re-init), and the calculated axial, sagittal and coronal planes are wrong, as
seen in screenshot 2.

Please can someone take a look? I can provide this image if it helps.

I also noticed that there are some relevant sounding bugs already, so rather
than raise a duplicate I thought I would ask here. For example, see 6278,
11477, 10234, 8350, 8909.

Thanks

Matt
