Hello,
I saw this question saw many times in forums, but no solution.
I want to build MITK 2012.06., but not with superbuild. I'm builded ctk,
dcmtk, vtk, gdcm already. I know that I must build ITK (3.20.1) with
gdcm (2.0.18), but I can't do that. If I set itk_use_system_gdcm and
builded gdcm path, than I always get an error at the end of building itk:
"cannot find -lgdcmMSFF", but it is
there in gdcm_build/bin/ folder.
Please, help me, how can I solve this issue?
