Hi Sandra, with bundle "measurementtoolbox" activated in CMake you will see a view "Measurement" in mitkWorkbench. This view offers annotations using 2D figures (lines, arrows, circles, etc.). Basically these figures are placed in 3D space, so they an be used to annotate 3D objects. Is this what you had in mind?
