Hi all,
I've just started going through the MITK tutorials (very nice tutorial) so
apologies for what may be a basic question.
I would like to know how easy it is to embed existing python code into an
MITK application. Would someone be able to give me a basic example of how
to pass an image from MITK to python, process as a numpy array and pass it
back to MITK. I can't find any examples online.

This shows promise but I'm not sure how to use it:

Alternatively there is the standard python embedding of c++

But I'm hoping MITK has a better interface with python
