Hi Stefan,
Thanks a lot for your reply. It is ok with Texture interpolation.
I haven't seen this property...Sorry!
Cheers,
Katia

Subject: AW: [mitk-users] image resolution in visualization
Hi Katia,
MITK shouldn’t alter any geometric property of your image. Besides resolution
your image contains information about pixel spacing, which is the size of your
voxels in all directions. You can have a look at all of this information
through the “Details…” context menu entry of your image in the data manager.
MITK is rather sophisticated and pedantic about geometric properties of images.
If you actually meant that your image just looks more blocky than in other
applications, you might refer to the texture interpolation, which is off by
default in MITK. You can enable texture interpolation through the context menu
of your image in the data manager (last entry, “Texture Interpolation”).
If this is not what you meant and are sure you found a bug, we would need at
least a screenshot of your image and its geometric properties.
Best,
Stefan

Betreff: [mitk-users] image resolution in visualization
Dear Mitk users,
I have a question about the image resolution.
When I open my volume image in Mitk (327x202x485) it seems that the resolution
of the original image was a little decreased with respect to other softwares of
visualization (some details are lost and pixels seem "more squared").
Does anyone know the way to set this parameter in Mitk (that is to increase
spatial resolution in visualization) ?
Thanks a lot,
Cheers
Katia
