Hi Zoya,
Your project should be possible with MITK in principle. First you need to
segment your image data (this might be a very time consuming task for a huge
3D+t image but we have some great segmentation tools to speed things up). After
segmentation you can simply convert your 4D-segmentation to a 4D-surface (exact
or smooth), which contains a 3D model for each time step.

Hi every one
I have a video from Abdomen during insufflation ( growing Abdomen through
injecting a gas inside in ) , and captured about 60 frames on it , in every
frame , Abdomen is larger than the previous one,I want make a Real time 3D
model from these frames , I mean visualizing growing Abdomen during
insufflation , I want just to know, is it possible doing this project on MITK
or not. ?????
