Hi Hila,

AFAIK, there is no out-of-the-box vector field visualization in MITK. 
You would probably have to create a special mitk mapper, using 
vtkArrowSource, vtkGlyph3D, etc.

Feel free to file a feature request at bugs.mitk.org.
