Hi Charlie, Are you using windows? If not you will not have the Debug/Release folders and no .bat files for starting. I build MITK from the Source Code as described in the Build Instructions, and the mitkWorkbensh works flawless. However I cannot find the StartVS_release.bat, although I am sure I checked MITK_BUILD_EXAMPLES in cmake for configuration. I do not even have a bin/Release of bin/Debug folder.
