Hi Matt,

To see how opaclevelwindow is used, have a look at
Core/Code/Rendering/mitkImageVtkMapper2D.cpp, ApplyLevelWindow(), lines 448 and
449.

Best,
    Stefan

Hi There,

please can someone describe what the functionality of the opaclevelwindow
property should be.

Imagine an image, with intensity values 0 - 100.
I would like to map intensity values 0-10 to have opacity zero, and intensity
values 11-100 to be 1.
This is regardless of what colour they are, and so regardless of the lower and
upper bound of the levelwindow property.

Can this be done?

I thought thats what the opaclevelwindow property would do. But it appears to
just map from transparent to opac over the same range as the intensity slider,
which is not what I want.

Any ideas?

Thanks

M
