Hello everyone, Sorry for asking a "cosmetic" question.... but I don't want to "re-invent" the wheel, if it is not absolutely necessary... :)
I wrote a rigid registration plugin, using v2013.03.2 MITK version. I would like to apply the transformation matrix obtained from the registration to more than one image. (I registered CT with MR-T1, and I would apply the obtained transformation matrix to MR-T2, fMRI,.... ) My question is, there is an "elegant way" to apply the transformation matrix for more selected datanodes? The DataNode Manager it would support reading transformation matrix obtained from other SWs? (like for example in 3DSlicer) Any hint is highly appreciated.
