I just tried StartVS_debug.bat and StartVS_release.bat. Both gave me errors.
What I did was the following:
1. set Step1 project as the Startup project
2. right click on the Step1 project for the popup window
3. select "Debug -> start new instance" to run it.
The error for Debug and Release are attached.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi James,
did you start the right bat file (StartVS_debug.bat and build type in VS
set to Debug and vice versa)?
When you change build type you need to close VS and start the other bat
file to locally extend the PATH. Otherwise typically an error message
"Poco.dll could not be found" is displayed.
