Hi All
Greetings of the Day.
My application (C++ using VS2010, QT 4.8.4 on windows 7 64 bit) uses MITK
2013.09.0 and we have various plug-in’s implemented.
In these plug-in's, there is always a class inherited
from QmitkAbstractView and I have a need to do a global reinit, which looks
like as mentioned below:
// global reinit
mitk::IRenderWindowPart* renderWindow = this->GetRenderWindowPart();
// no render window available
if (renderWindow == nullptr) {
return;
}
// get all nodes that have not set "includeInBoundingBox" to false
mitk::NodePredicateNot::Pointer pred =
mitk::NodePredicateNot::New(mitk::NodePredicateProperty::New("includeInBoundingBox",
mitk::BoolProperty::New(false)));
mitk::DataStorage::SetOfObjects::ConstPointer rs =
this->GetDataStorage()->GetSubset(pred);
// calculate bounding geometry of these nodes
mitk::TimeSlicedGeometry::Pointer bounds =
this->GetDataStorage()->ComputeBoundingGeometry3D(rs, "visible");
// initialize the views to the bounding geometry
mitk::RenderingManager::GetInstance()->InitializeViews(bounds);
Though I have not found the above mentioned global reinit wrapped and
provided by MITK, I would request you guys to share if any of you also have
need for this or some other means you are achieving this.
Thanks and Regards
